SwiftDial – Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SwiftDial, we value our customers and strive to provide complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a cancellation or refund as per the terms below.

Law of Jurisdiction

This website is operated by SwiftDial in New Delhi, India. All matters relating to your use of swiftdial.in shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

You agree that the courts of New Delhi, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to this website If you access the website from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws, but you still agree to the jurisdiction of the Indian courts.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • To cancel your subscription or order, please use the Contact Us option in the app or email our support team with your registered email ID and a valid reason for cancellation, along with your unique transaction reference number.
  • Renewals are not automatic unless payment is made in advance and successfully received by SwiftDial.
  • Renewal requests must be made at least 3 business days before the end of the current subscription period. Requests made later may result in temporary suspension until the renewal is processed.
  • Once your request is verified, your subscription/service will be canceled or renewed within 3 working days based on the service charges received.

REFUND POLICY

  • We aim to provide the best experience with SwiftDial’s services, including team management, lead tracking, and call monitoring features.
  • If you are not satisfied with the services, we will review your request. If the reasons are genuine and fall under our refund terms, a refund will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be made in the same mode of payment used for the purchase:
    • Credit/Debit Card: Refund to the same card.
    • UPI/Payment Gateway: Refund to the same bank account.
    • Cheque/DD: Refund via crossed cheque in your favor (if applicable).

NOTE:

  • For any clarifications regarding cancellation or refund, please contact us in writing before making the final purchase or renewal decision.
  • The refund policy does not cover misuse of the app, violations of our Terms & Conditions, or services already utilized beyond the refund eligibility window.
