The SwiftDial mobile application is designed

SIM-Based call Management crm and team management tool. It

be used in the following manner:
The product SwiftDial is available only in
application format and can be accessed
through
the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
The
application requires a secure login, and
data is
stored both on the user’s device and in our
cloud storage hosted on I2K2 India Data
Center.
The application allows users to:
- Manage and assign leads
- Track outbound calls made through
the
app
- Save notes and call status
updates
- Communicate via integrated channels
such
as SMS, WhatsApp, and
Email
SwiftDial uses device storage and permissions to
read call metadata (such as outgoing call logs
) strictly for CRM and performance
tracking purposes. Only outbound calls dialed
via the app are tracked(with user
consent).
This information is securely encrypted and
uploaded to your company’s CRM server through
our cloud servers.
A user must create an account or be invited by
their company to start using the service. The
application may offer a free trial period, after
which continued use is subject to the
subscription plan chosen at the time of
registration or payment.

When you use SwiftDial, we

Information Collected via the SwiftDial App
Depending on permissions granted and
your company’s configuration, SwiftDial may
collect:
- Call Metadata: Outbound call
duration, timestamp, dialed number, and call
status (connected/not connected).
- Call Log Matching: SwiftDial accesses
outbound call logs to verify if the dialed
number matches a lead and to measure call
performance.
- Contacts (Optional): If enabled,
SwiftDial may read contact names to display
caller information linked to CRM leads.
Policy Declaration for SMS/Call Log Access
SwiftDial requires access to Call Logs exclusively to enable core enterprise CRM functionality. We do not request or use SMS permissions in any capacity.
App uses READ_CALL_LOG to identify and track outbound SIM-based calls made via the app to CRM leads. Only call metadata (duration, number, timestamp) is collected. No incoming calls or SMS data accessed
Call Log Access Justification:
SwiftDial uses Call Log access to:
- Match outgoing calls (made via the app) with CRM leads.
- Track call duration, timestamp, and call status (connected/not connected).
- Analyze outbound call activity (made via the SwiftDial app) for sales and team performance tracking.
What SwiftDial Does Not Do:
- Does not access incoming call logs.
- Does not access, read, send, or process SMS messages.
- Does not collect call data from calls made outside of the SwiftDial app.
Data Security and Consent:
- Call Log access is used only in the context of outbound business calls initiated through the app.
- Users are shown a clear explanation before permission is requested, and can revoke access anytime via app settings.
- All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is uploaded only to the company’s CRM account for authorized use.
- SwiftDial complies with Google Play’s Permissions and APIs policy, and with applicable data protection laws (e.g., IT Act 2000, GDPR where applicable).
Information Collected from Other Sources
In Short: We may receive limited
information from your company administrator or
integrated third-party platforms.
This can include:
- Company Admin Input: Your
company may provide your name email , or
phone number to create your SwiftDial
account.
- CRM Integration: We sync
lead and contact information from connected
CRM platforms for seamless communication and
workflow.
- Third-Party Apps: With your
or your company’s authorization, we collect

WhatsApp email, and cloud storage.
- Public Sources: We may
collect publicly available business contact

6.Is your information transferred internationally?
In Short: All SwiftDial user data is stored and processed within India-based i2k2 data centers to comply with Indian data localization laws and enterprise security requirements.
- Our primary servers are hosted on i2k2 Networks (India) with redundant backup servers for high availability..
- Call logs, and CRM data never leave Indian servers unless explicitly authorized by law or by enterprise agreements.
- Data is encrypted both in transit (HTTPS/TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
By using SwiftDial, you agree to allow the app to access location-based data when enabled. This may include personally identifiable information (such as user/device ID) and non-personal data (such as approximate location).
International Transfers:
- If you access SwiftDial outside India, your data is still stored on Indian servers..
- For enterprise clients with multi-region operations, we may establish secure VPN tunnels or private API endpoints to transfer limited metadata with proper agreements and compliance.
- European Economic Area (EEA): If we ever handle data from EEA residents, we will comply with GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses and DPIAs (Data Protection Impact Assessments).
- Google API Data: SwiftDial’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. How long do we keep Your Information ?
In Short:We retain your information only as long as needed to provide SwiftDial services and comply with legal or business obligations.
- Active Accounts Your data (call logs, lead data) is stored for the duration of your account being active to ensure CRM and compliance features work correctly.
- After Account Termination: Once your account is deleted or inactive, we retain data for up to 12 months to allow recovery requests, handle disputes, and meet audit/compliance requirements.
- Enterprise Clients :Retention can follow custom policies under a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
- Backup Archives: If data exists in encrypted backups, it is isolated from active processing until automatically purged.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business or legal need to retain your personal information, we will either securely delete it or anonymize it so it can no longer be linked to you.
For EU/EEA users, all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is scrubbed within 30 days of service termination to comply with GDPR.

Purpose:The purpose of this Data Breach Policy is to define the goals and response framework for handling any personal data breach or exposure involving SwiftDial’s systems, users, or employees.
